Overview
Bendex Enterprise Suite Ultimate is the most powerful Bendex business solution, including all available features and unlimited user and workstation licences. Bendex Ultimate SE is individually configurable and ideal for ambitious, growing businesses.
Bendex Enterprise Suite Ultimate and Ultimate SE provide innovative software for capturing, calculating and producing bent parts and articles in medium to large businesses with demanding, multinational or multi-facility projects. A fully web-based front end and online shop can be licensed through Bendex.web.
Depending on product and configuration, functionality ranges from internal order entry with automatic part calculation to online shops, machine data, production drawings and fully integrated production planning with ERP, logistics and notification systems. Separate test and sandbox environments are optionally available to support release and rollout requirements.

PCM - Premium Customer Membership
PCM – Premium Customer Membership is an optional package of additional services for more demanding projects. It includes previews, feature requests, a sandbox system and higher service levels with support and training on a fair-use basis.
Customisation, branding
Customisation and the implementation of logos, login screens and corporate identity colours are only available with Ultimate SE or Ultimate products.
Dedicated TEST environment
For larger installations and customers who require approval and acceptance procedures before a new release, a separate test environment based on a dedicated test branch is optionally available.
Sandbox system
The optional sandbox system uses a separate database on the main Bendex system. The three main modules can start in sandbox mode and connect to this database for testing without creating records in the main system.
Multi-facility functionality
Multi-facility functionality supports several sales and production sites within one Bendex system. It can use a multi-branch setup, where each site has a separate branch, or an integrated setup with all sites in one branch. A setup based on multiple branches offers more advanced and detailed integration.
On-premise / cloud installations
Bendex Ultimate systems can be installed and maintained on-premise, in hosted environments or in the cloud.

Professional is the configurable standard product. Ultimate (SE) runs on a customer-specific branch.

Bendex Enterprise Suite Professional is designed as a cloud-hosted standard product and is highly configurable. Start using your Bendex system immediately without managing servers or IT infrastructure.

Bendex Enterprise Suite Ultimate (SE) systems use a customer-specific branch and can run on-premise, hosted or in the cloud. Customers receive their own Bendex system with a dedicated code area for further customisation.
- Internal licences
- Access for your employees (workstations). With Professional, you select and license each workstation individually. Ultimate SE and Ultimate include unlimited internal licences.
- External licences
- Access for customers and partners to capture and order parts themselves. Unlimited with Ultimate, optional with Ultimate SE and available through Bendex.web with Professional.
- Feature package
- An optional functional area, such as nesting optimisation, production planning, machine export or templates.
- Major updates
- Major version updates to Bendex with new features and significant improvements. They are included in all three Bendex versions.
- Dedicated branch
- A dedicated development branch of Bendex for your business, with a customer-specific code area and individual release management.
- Sandbox
- A separate database on the main system, allowing testing without creating records in the main database.
- Test branch
- A separate test environment for reviewing and approving new versions before rollout.

What does getting started cost? Professional’s starting price depends on the number of workstations and selected feature packages. Prices may vary by location. Regional pricing, local taxes and other market conditions can affect the final price.
