The MicroSea System Solutions GmbH team has been developing the revolutionary Bendex software system and technology platform since 2006.
The original idea behind Bendex was to provide the end customer with a powerful yet easy-to-use tool that would speed up the input of bent parts many times over, eliminate input errors, enable immediate price information and thus save a lot of time and money for both the customer and the manufacturer. For Bendex’s original target customer, the manufacturer, the internal processing effort was to be reduced to a minimum, unnecessary queries to the customer eliminated, the preparation of production documents standardized and thus valuable time saved here too – the vision “You deliver while your competitors are still calculating!” was to be consistently implemented.
In 2007/2008, this became a reality with the first version of the Bendex business solution: with just a few mouse clicks, a bent part could be drawn and displayed in 3D, the system checked the manufacturing feasibility, calculated the profile and automatically generated a quotation. The software then automatically generated the manufacturing documents for production and, optionally, the associated machine program.
Bendex Enterprise Suite is currently in its eighth generation.Bendex is constantly being further developed in close cooperation with customers, associations and manufacturers and is precisely tailored to market requirements.
This makes Bendex the market-leading and most powerful software solution in our target segments. What began as a pure e-commerce and online store system for the major contract manufacturers has now been developed into a complete solution for producers, distributors, dealers and assembly companies for bent profiles, bent parts including accessories and roll-formed parts. In addition to the Bendex business solutions, we develop the most powerful control systems based on the Bendex technology platform with selected machine manufacturers, which are seamlessly integrated into the Bendex business solutions and thus enable customers to exploit the full potential of digitizing their processes and workflows.

The Bendex Enterprise Suite Professional is designed as a standard product and is highly configurable but is not customizable in terms of design adaptions like CI, Branding, Logos or individual code based adaptions.

Ultimate systems are deployed and installed based on a customer specific branch, which means customers do get their own specifc system with a customer specific code area for further adaptions.

PCM – Premium Customer Membership
The premium customer membership is a package of additional services for more advanced projects like previews, feature requests, sandbox system, higher service levels incl. product trainings and consulting services.
Separate Test Branch
Especially for bigger installations and clients that needs to fullfil certain approval and acceptance procedures before the roll out of a new version, a separate test environment based on a separate test branch can be provided (optional available).
Multi-Facility Setup
The Multi-Facility feature is designed to run multiple sales and production locations within one Bendex system. The implementation can be based on a multi-branch setup, which means each location will be setup as a separate branch, or as a integrated multi-facility setup, with all locations in one branch. A multi-facility setup based on multiple branches is the more advanced and detailed integration.
Customizations, Branding
Individual adaptations and implementation of logos, login screens and CI-based (primary) color adaptations are only possible with Ultimate SE or Ultimate products.
Sandbox System
The optional available sandbox system is based on a separate database on the main Bendex system. The three main modules can be started in a sandbox mode which will then connect to the sandbox database to run i.g. tests, etc. without creating data records in the main system.
On-Premise / Cloud based
Bendex Ultimate systems can be installed and maintained either in on-premise or cloud based environments. The individual server, network architecture and security concept is up to the customer and out of the sphere of Bendex.
Bendex.web
The web-based and platform-independent application
Bendex.web is the browser-based and cross-plattform (iOS, Android, Windows) online ordering system that can be licensed as an add-on and is seamlessly integrated into the Bendex Enterprise Suite. Bendex.web can be integrated either as a separate website or integrated into the existing website via iFrame integration. Single-Sign-On (SSO) integrations are also available.
Bendex.web always comes with unlimited user licenses!
